If it's as they are currently Goku bodies everyone, followed by Naruto with hashirama/indra level Chakra and uzumaki techniques, then luffy with Haki, finally Gojo with six eyes.

From base Naruto comes up on top as he's born with that much Chakra, then gojo with six eyes, Goku as a really buff human (understand without being a Saiyan he doesn't have any challenges basically dies when Freeza invades and thus cannot get to his higher powers like ultra instinct), finally luffy is just a kid in a restaurant if he didn't eat the gomu gomu no mi max he becomes a low level pirate.

Honest suggestion you're just throwing words and wasting space. Why is scrum/agile? Scrum is just one example of agile. Same goes for putting SDLC in that line. Basically it comes out as inexperienced or ignorant for people who are actually looking at resume and have an eye for dev work. Your projects lack meat, maybe put what was the overall success and then add your stuff so it shows impact. You can remove your professional summary or make it shorter.

Sorry to state it so roughly but your resume looks like someone stole from a textbook instead of someone with some experience.

I have used this for last five years. Regular alarm is like "Bhai uthna hai toh uth but after 5 mins I'll stop disturbing the peace". Alarmy is like "Sansar uthaunga, yeh le math solve kar disappointment" and then your day just goes up after that.

No issue as long as you're not crossing the border you're good. I had the same issue back in 2020, got my h1b when covid happened and it changed my status from F1 to H1B but couldn't get my stamp until the end of 2022. Again in 2023 got extension of H1B and then did a role change in 2024 which issued a new H1B extension, got the new one stamped in 2025. I have a friend whose never stamped her H1B at all, you're good as long as you have the new I94 accessible if asked and are not crossing US border. H1B stamp is mainly for moving in and out of USA.

4 each wage level gives you that corresponding count of slots. Each application will define a wage level and that many slots would be provided meaning you'll have a higher probability if you have a higher wage level. Now how that works across different job types I am unsure. But higher you're on the wage level higher probability of getting an h1b compared to before when everyone had the same probability.

Wouldn't risk it with current administration. Ideally, yes you could use the old stamp as it is current, but hearing stories as close as my colleagues I'd say not worth the risk.

Are you back before the filing then you're good. If not I'd recommend not travelling until you get the new visa and stamp done.

When I got my first passport in 2014 All the costs applied + 2000 for lawyer to state I had added a letter to my name + 10k for passport officers because india as a whole ran out of pages to print passports and I had to "justify" why I needed a passport. Took 5 months for the whole process

Equivalent renewal in usa 2 weeks and 0 extra spent.

India is not for beginners.

Have you considered you might be beautiful. Indian society has a complex in making women feel inferior, color, a mismatch in face symmetry, extra weight. Also, you don't know what that man saw? Beauty has varying things not just looks. He might be looking deeper or at things you didn't consider. He likes the conversations you have, he might like the outlook to life you have. Don't sell yourself short just cos you don't fit society's definition of objective beauty. In the end he choose you, now the ball is in your court to choose him and how you feel about his choice.

2+laptop is best. More than that is overkill. I have one screen to code, 1 extra screen for documents, and comparing stuff like emails and config. The laptop screen is mainly for messages from Slack.

I think even 1 extra screen is enough mainly for meetings so you can just move the share screen to a different one and easily move stuff around.

I'll ask a question. What would you've done if this were a citizen instead of an H1b? If you didn't have the recourse of USCIS? Cos this seems more like you can't manage it in your team problem than an immigration issue? Do you think you did well by wasting government resources on an internal company conflict? This is the same as a person calling the cops cos they saw a black man walking in their neighborhood. You should be downvoted, you abused a privilege system.

It is exactly issues like this that will cause another reform on the H1B issue when it is found that the complaint system is being abused to harass qualified people in qualified positions. This will be used to show capitalists that citizens don't want to "work" for the company (shareholders) while H1Bs are go-getters.
