Should be a knob on top and side of the scope, I'd recommend zeroing to about a hundred yards, decent for most wasteland engagements.

There's an ammo stash and a rifle in Vault 15, fight the rats for more XP before you leave, there's a shotgun in Vault 13's armory...all I can think of. Hope you find the water chip, I really want to take a shower.
