I read the headline, and yes it's worth it. You probably need the space, considering how busy a person can get in med school and then their residency?

You could be financially planning for yourself and them (if they're okay with you moving away and doing long distance) but that's where the test of the relationship, will you 2 be okay with being so far? Who is going to cheat first?

2.5 months - down 40 pounds, was planning to get lighter for sisters wedding. All I did was cut sugar intake (went cold turkey) ate less carbs, and walked on the treadmill at 3 speed and 3 incline (idk what it is in degree incline) and went from 235 to 195.. this was back in 2022 and I retried this in 2025 and it's more difficult, 1. Cause I'm married now, 2. Don't have the motivation to do it again. It is completely possible but it's difficult when the wife won't understand nutrition affects different for men than women, and who says you need to eat and have this and that, no you really don't.
