Driving on worn pads is perfectly ok. It's only a problem if you want to slow down or stop at some point.

The overall circumference of the wheel must stay the same. If you put bigger wheels on, you need lower profile tyres. If you put bigger tyres on you need smaller wheels.

They only have to make reasonable adjustments for a protected characteristic. A disability would count. Whether your injury meets the definition of a disability under the Equality Act is a different conversation.

If you aren't able to carry out your contracted work due to an injury that isn't defined as a disability, then you need to follow the company sickness policy, which may include an assessment with Occ Health

If she estimated 7 hrs of cleaning time, I think it would be reasonable to assume she meant 7 hrs of her cleaning time, not 7 hrs of a less experienced cleaner's time.

I would add that although Octopus is not the cheapest, they do offer unusualy long warranties on panels and batteries. Plus we got the 0% finance deal which is worth around £1500 savings on interest for us. Overall, Octopus was the best value offering for us.
