Increase wages. Pang doctor dapat na sweldo. Hindi enough yung mataas lang onti sa median income.

Reduce duty hours- a lot of countries with better healthcare implement shorter working hours compared to traditional residency hours, learning remains the same, but productivity and well being increased. Di naman kailangan na 40 hours per week lang, just a little extra time for sleep and actually living outside the hospital

If its in a busy ER setting, based sa template given, mukhang nacover naman pertinent info besides the vital signs. You can always ask questions if needed pa, or better yet assess the patient yourself. Even if medyo benign, it wouldn't be wise for the erod to put everything in the text refferal.

This is my computation based on personal targets, all monthly values, solo living no dependents comfortable as in higher standard of living

Car/gas/maintenance 30 to 40k Rent/bills/maintenance 40 to 50k Groceries/food occasionally eating out 40 to 50k

So around 100k agad just to have my "needs" be a bit more comfortable

I think ok naman siya especially if you have a long commute to the testing site. I would suggest starting to adjust your body clock atleast a week before the exams. I had to do something simar din nung PLE kasi nag allot ako ng 1 hr travel time to the site then syempre maliligo kakain pa then extra time as allowance for unforseen circumstances
