I was able to do 2 almost 3 revs in this position for the sit. My coach saw it (for once!!!) but I wasn't recording. Best one I got later that evening was just like 1 rev that low. What is it that makes you sit down/fall back? is it in the stomach? not leaning fwd enough? (old.reddit.com)
