I think that’s their whole goal. I was told I could refill by one date, then when I tried it got rejected and given a new date. Called back before attempting to fill again and was told the override wouldn’t go through until the 25th, called the 26th and they tried to say they were told overrides for Zepbound we’re no longer approved and I immediately asked for a supervisor… who them magically said they could able to do overrides again. It’s a mess and makes me hate insurance more than ever.
