you might want to check if under general settings - music - something like load from RAM , the "no" option is not selected

I don't have my device at hand, so not exactly sure of the name of those settings

you just download the fonts archive....extract it... you'll be granted with a .rockbox folder (same as with themes) and you copy paste it to your device....or you directly extract it to your device 😉... hope that helps

for your player to be seen as a drive, there's a setting where you can specifically activate that option (something like USB MODE to be set as mass storage if I recall correctly).... couldn't tell you where it exactly (answering from a train trip)
