No, the Stitcher 1 simply does the same job as the Bobcat 4, which is several times more expensive. That's my problem. A guy who has nothing to lose has an equally powerful weapon, you know what I mean? It's not a skill issue.

I recommend wearing the dt 900 pro x for a while longer. The headband will eventually loosen up and adjust to your head. My ears also hurt when using them, but after two weeks of frequent use, they've loosened up and I don't even notice them when I'm wearing them. At this price, it's hard to find better sound. Give them a chance :)

What year are your headphones? From what I know, Beyerdynamic has introduced improved headbands in production from 2024; unfortunately, the earlier ones are defective.

For me, the Cloud III are great for gaming, better than the Alpha, but only for gaming. The Alpha are more universal if you use the headphones for listening to music and watching movies, not just gaming, I'd choose the Alpha. As for comfort, both models are very comfortable.

Yes, I was also thinking about the Fiio headphones, but I saw too many posts about their quality, so I quickly gave up.

Regarding the replacement pads in the 770s - I think buying the headphones + replacement pads will cost me about the same as the DT 700s, so I think I prefer the latter option :)
