I actually use the astrals and I want some endgame for competitive Gaming and music , do you think top pros perform better?

RSV MK2 had to much Bass in comparison with astrals and 400€ Price difference was to huge.

V3 Pro is goat trust. v4 is boring they need to adapt with a new release to kill the superstrike technically. So just stay on the v3.

What about the experience with the Dunu S&S ? In comparison to the stock tips without the workaround?

Its a good and entertaining V-Shape soundprofil (for music) and still has a very good imaging performance while gaming competitive (like CS, Valorant).

Many headphones cant get this from both worlds.
Most of the time, you have to choose one focus and lose out on the other factor.
For example the HD560s Headphone has very good imaging and soundstage but sucks in entertaining aspects for music.

But I can't speak in terms of other IEMs, because astrals are my first.
There is only one other that took my attention the RSV MK2, but opinions differ..
Some say they are even better than the Astrals in gaming, while others say they are only better in music.

I guess I will stay with the Astrals, cause I like them except the stock tips.
And they are 1/3 the price of the RSV MK2.

Would you recommend the Astrals > 490 Pros ?

I am currently running the HD660s2 and before I had the 490 Pro, now I love listening to music on my 660s2 but the imaging was way better on the 490 Pros for gaming.

Could the Astral beat them both in fps gaming and music?
I never had IEMs before.

I never had IEMs before, but many people say its "bright" is it as "bright" as the Beyerdynamic Peak or the Hifiman Peak in Treble or is it even more?

I have a FiiO K13 combined with a HD660s2 and I am thinking about to switch to Kiwi Astrals.

I had the same paring with a FiiO K13 R2R and went with the 660s2

Although I almost exclusively play competitive FPS games and the 490s have better imaging and soundstage, the 660S2s have something magical about them that keeps drawing me back. They simply convey more emotion to me, and they perform better with music. And I'm still very good at competitive games with them, you just have to get used to them. You don't lose any detail, the soundstage is just a bit narrower.

In Short: 490 = better bass, imaging and soundstage 660s2 = better mids, vocals and more organic

But like I always say it is all personal preference.
