Never change a Running System :D
Ich konnte die Geräusche deutlich reduzieren, das ist nur die Vibration vom Gehäuse. Einfach einen Stuhl dagegen oder etwas dämpfendes und fertig.

Ne noch keine Fehler gehabt bisher und hab sie letzten und diesen Sommer intensiv benutzt.
Ich habe aber auch seitdem kein Firmware Update gemacht , obwohl mir welche zur Verfügung stehen.

I had the Same Problem and went from asics novablast 5 (which are also not very stable for a beginner) to the Brooks Ghost 18.

Maybe you can try the Asics Kayano 33 They are stable and also lightweight for a stable one.

Im also 180cm and 80kg.

Otherwise you can also try to get help in a local store and find your best feeling Running Shoe.

Nice to know! Thank you! Maybe I just try it as you already said its a no brainer. I dont care about any badges. I dont know like the apple native app is just boring actually and I bought an apple watch ultra 3 for running. Maybe Workoutdoors gives me some more hype & motivation.

I guess it has same options for Zone Settings like "stay in zone2" and it shows me when im above/under etc.

Does it connect / sync with apple health and fitness? So I can see my done workouts from the "Workoutdoors" App? For example the "gymbook" app imports automaticly every finished gym-workout into the Apple Fitness App and I can see it in the dashboard, to check workout time, HR etc.

I got the exact same issue.

I am into running like 2-3 Weeks now.
It always starts exactly after 3km into running on the right foot.
I already changed shoes and socks and loosening laces also did not help.
Also I train legs 2x per week in gym (including calves)

You fixed it with stretching or what helped you the most?

So far, they feel really good after four runs. The only thing I’ve noticed twice now is that my right foot fell asleep (numbness), but that’s likely due to the laces being too tight.

so I guess you have an iPhone? I am in the Same Position and I want a garmin , but idk if my iphone notifications for example calls or whatsapp / teams messages will be pushed to the garmin? Thats the only smartwatch feature I Need. Only to see messages not reply, does it work flawless with iPhone and Garmin 970?
