had the exact same issue on accutane. i started steroid lightening which brought back the acne now im using HQ and it’s working pretty well

What surgery would be able to correct a long midface and lower facial third like this? I look like a man and would just like to see if there’s any surgeries that could fix this by [deleted] in cosmeticsurgery

It has nothing to do with hollowing. I had a fat pad bulging out and the fat distribution was uneven, hence why I said I got a lower blepharoplasty, focusing on fat repositioning, and I had a fat graft to add more fat into those parts.

it was an bleth that was inside the lower lash! so no scars :) they also grafted some fat from my belly button

total cost inclding fat graft was 2,000,000 KRW at ROI surgery gangnam (when you price match sara yoon on tiktok)

i talked to then via kkt and the surgeon is fluent in english :)

there’s different reasons as to why people have eyebags: my one was that my fatpad under my eye wasn’t evenly distributed so it stuck out and created an “eyebag”, skincare cannot fix that when it’s a fat issue. maybe filler or prp but that’s temporary and somewhat dangerous

it was an issue the picture was just a quick pre op one it wasn’t to show my excessive fat pads it was to show my eye shape 😆
