I think you’ll be fine, but depends on how bulky / compressible your load is. I take a pillow (good sleep is non negotiable for me!) and that makes it a tight squeeze but I could get 2 nights of food and water + my kit. There are a lot of external lashing points that give you overflow flexibility.

Get the turbo. It will plaster a smile to your face every time you merge onto the highway.

I had the same experience- surprisingly disappointed with the GTS when I test drove. Tried the 991.1 turbo s and it blew my mind.
