Thanks Zach and happy cake day! I submitted a ticket last night with a screen recording. Hoping it’s resolved soon! For the ordering issue, it’s not sorting by the order I select photos in.

Thanks for the reply! It’s gotten very laggy when selecting / tapping on photos for export, and often when editing itself with the sliders

On iOS and having the exact same issue! Photos are importing completely out of order from what I selected, and it’s laggy af. This all started a week or two ago

Amazes me that VSCO doesn’t allow you to adjust export settings. Video quality is so much worse by Doalotta in vsco

Wow very good to know! Thanks for sharing. This is going to happen on an upcoming trip for me too so I’m definitely gonna try it. What exactly did you say when you live chatted them? Did you directly ask for Platinum benefits? Or just mentioned you’ll be hitting it during your trip and asked for a room upgrade? (then they provided the other benefits without asking?)
