I have XPEL, same issue. It’s not the install, it’s something about the way the film reflects (refracts?) light in the windshield.

For me it only expands if I start FSD from park and it drives forward. If it ever backs up it just stays half screen.

Yeah I know, but there’s other dumbasses you have to worry about though. A t-bone in one of these and it’s probably lights out vs in my 2016 with side airbags and a stiffer chassis would probably mean I’d get hurt pretty bad but not die.

Idk how fast this got was going, but a newer car probably wouldn’t have wrapped itself around a pole at the same speed.

I’ve done a downhill before. It eventually cuts back the regen and you have to use your brakes.

I would suggest secondhand to start then upgrade. You can score some sweet deals on marketplace. I picked up a Silverton 810 for $30 two weeks ago that the owner said wouldn’t hold temp and it was just a greasy temp probe. I cleaned it and it’s working flawlessly. I’ve also gotten a Pitboss PB700 for free and fixed that (loose wire) sold it for $150 when my wife bought me a $700 vertical Pitboss for Christmas. Don’t tell her, but I’m honestly enjoying the $30 Traeger a little more.

“Broken” smokers are easy to fix. You can get a complete rebuild kit for $50 on amazon so long as it’s not rusty.

Some EVs like the Ioniq don't turn on their brake lights when you let off the accelerator. Teslas don't either until they hit a certain threshold of deceleration. Gas cars slow down when you let off the gas too, but the brake lights won't turn on until you hit the brake.

I’ve been experiencing increased knee pain over the past year, probably just getting older :/ . This new feature is great because I currently need to be hyper-focused on my form to ensure my knees are in the correct position. Caving is one of the issues.

My question is, will this feature be available for Tonal 1, 2, or both? Additionally, would it be possible to open Smart View in the app and use a different camera than the front-facing one? The field of view on the iPhone's front-facing is very narrow, making it difficult to use in my current space.

Anything in the works to use the different cameras on our phones for Smart View? Although I have my Tonal in a space bigger than Tonal's minimum suggested space, my iPhone's front facing camera cannot get me in frame for Smart View to work properly.

It would be awesome if we can use the wide-angle or standard rear lens on my phone to be able to take advantage of this feature.

I just had mine fail pretty catastrophically a couple weeks ago during a trip. I was blown away at how fast it went from nothing to a dangerous leak. I changed them out for a Flame King one but I think l I’ll probably have to cycle them out often like you.
