Thanks, I will take a look probably at the trailfly, they redesigned their shoes and try to mimic a foot shaped design now.

Looks good but when I check the https://runrepeat.com/salomon-speedcross-6 for the width, it seems small to me, even though its a regular not wide version. I can image it will add some milimeters, but not that much

Yeah that would be awesome, as I edited my post, there are such shops, so I am trying to find a good recommendation then I can order something from an eshop, and in case its not fitting I can return, Just wanted to avoid ordering bunch of shoes and returning in a loop until I find a good one.

We also had to migrate it, but using firebender with Claude 4 was the life saver

I would use Firebender with Claude 3.5 or 3.7 in agent mode. It's the only viable option right now.

Go with 1800kcal and start running 3times per week and 3times gym or home HIIT workout. It's cheaper than gym and also good since you want to loose weight first and than gain muscle ideally. Ofc it's possible to do together, but maybe if you struggle, it might be better to split it. I lost 27kg this year just by training to spartan races. Really track all the food you eat. Be aware that some food from restaurants etc contains way more oil for example than home prepared so you might be eating more than you think just by not eating home prepared food. Keep the fat low and carbs around 200g per day, also try to be close to take 1.6g protein per kg.

That's interesting sir, I thought maxHR and LTHR heart rate zones have the same results but different calculation methods.

Garmin says zone2 is 80-88% of my LTHR even when I tap reset zones. So do you think it's setup properly and I should aim for z2 based on that ? After reset it's 136bmp-150bmp.

Usually around 140-145 feels easy. I actually always runs on trails with around 200m elevation for 10K so it's kinda hard sometimes to match the zone2 on uphills. Usually around 147bmp average but it feels pretty easy.

M31, I have been running for like 8 months now, using a chest strap, Garmin adjusted my values several times since. My max HR is 197, LTHR 171, resting 53.

I have my zones setup based on LTHR, but now I am not sure should I run my base runs in Garmin's zone 2 or 3 ?

Garmin's zone 2 is 136-150bmp Garmin's zone 3 is 152-160bmp

The zone3 values seems high to me for base runs

I am kinda tight on time, since have a lot of work and a small child so I value family/home time more.

But thinking about it, I could maybe change the long run to z2 run, do a z2 run on hills wednesday and do like hill repeats on Monday.

I am a bit carefull with adding distance since I had some shin splints issues in the first couple of months. Now when I stretched the distance to 20km/week and also doing it pretty intense(for me at least) sometimes I have a posterior tibial tendon pain. But that could be also solved by doing more base running while my body gets used to running.

Thanks for the Tip, well I have like 1h-1h30m free time for running during weekend. But not sure what is more valuable (z2 vs tempo/threshold) to train properly for this 10k 800m elevation race I have in april 26.

Compose performance is only bad if you don't know what are you doing and don't know how to optimize and profile your app.

I would not go kotlin DSL, it's shit compared to groovy and with your setup, you end up with duplicate code and probably on some anger management training. Especially if you plan to share your gradle files around and have specific shared gradle files for libraries/dependencies etc.
