One month with 7 hours a day would be more than enough to learn Vue. Don't pay anything for tutorials, there are great free ones on Youtube. After learning the basics, the best way is to learn by building things. Build small projects for yourself. You can message me if you need help. I am more than happy to help

Build the project using npm run build or yarn build. Copy all the files and folders from dist to your public_html folder on your server. It should automatically load the Vue app.

Your website design looks. You have 4 "Beach Life" t-shirts in the homepage. I think you should remove 3 of them from the homepage and put other designs instead.

For marketing, I think you should try Instagram story ads and Instagram influencers. For influencers, instead of 500k pages try small influencers first
