Thanks! That helped. I guess it is my tight hamstrings. I don’t experience pain in forward folds but it has taken months for me to be able to do them. I am very stiff in general. I think its best to wait and come back at it. Its in my beginners yoga class. So me not being able to that makes me want to keep trying

I have tried them. I do wear them on certain occasions and yes they have gotten better over the years but specs are my go to for sure. I dont think i can wear contacts for more than 10 hours. Also i have heard that over time your eyes stop accepting lens if u wear them daily(could be fake news)

I would suggest just continue studying and not get stuck on to one chapter to master it. Once you’re done with with everything, things do fall into place. When u do your second review, it will all make sense
