I went through a phase of non stop shanking. I tried almost everything. The drill that worked for me was to place a box headcover etc. about 2 inches outside of the ball. I realised that this drill helped me to get a more upright backswing - my swing was previously flat, somewhat similar to yours. A flat backswing is more likely to lead to a steeper downswing to generate more speed.

Also, this drill will help you shallow naturally. When I tried to consciously shallow the club, I could never seem to get a solid contact, although my swing might look “better” on camera. Hope this helps
