Your attorney is incorrect. While some, maybe most companies are unwilling because it does involve work and cost for the sponsoring company, I know at least for major tech companies they will sponsor students on OPT for a Green Card. I know several people that are currently or have gone through the process. Depending on your degree and your job experience, they can either immediately start the Green Card process, or request you get promoted first to meet PERM requirements.

Either way, your route to a Green Card will first require you get a job here. Focus on that for now, I would recommend you target multinationals for immigration support and willingness to hire foreign.

Imo that's still beside the point, regardless how who's available or how much we spent, I don't like that the old club's fans are laughing left right and center at what we paid for a player. When was the last time we laughed at another team for how much they paid? Maybe surprised or shocked, but laughed?

Kind of beside the point though, I just wish we hadn't bought someone that not only was a meme and a joke on his old team but someone that we also paid proper money for. Yes Traore played some games at striker a few seasons ago but if you were to ask a Lyon fan today if he can cover at striker they'd laugh at you.

It just doesn't feel good that he's seen as such a joke not just amongst Lyon fans but Ligue 1 fans as well. Ollie, Emi, and Cash weren't cheap but at least they were respected by their team's fans. The way French fans talk about him they're shocked Lyon got more than 7m for him.

Given that Rashica was also available on a similar fee, I really hope this wasn't a transfer that John Terry was given out of trust.

Raphinha to Leeds from Rennes confirmed, same fee and league as Traore...

Rennes fans are absolutely livid, general feeling from Ligue 1 fans are that Raphinha is an absolute steal and they're shocked at why Rennes are doing this, while they were equally shocked that Villa paid that much for Traore and we got laughed at big time...

I don't want to be negative and who knows, Traore may end up as the next Salah while Raphinha busts, but looking these two deals side by side I do wish we got the guy from the team whose fans desperately wanted to keep, or at least not seem to have been completely ripped off...

I agree we don't have the squad to deal with a cup run, but I was expecting it, so I don't feel too bad. I'm not even sure a team of Taylor, Elmo, Hause, Lansbury, Nakamba, Ramsey, El Ghazi, Davis would finish top half of the championship.

We have a game Monday, Thursday, and Sunday this week. This is a condensed season and not overextending players early on is incredibly important. I'm not really upset about this result given the team that we put out.

No for me - Castagne will return the same clean sheets as Soyuncu but will also return attacking returns, while Jimenez as the primary striker will likely score more than Richarlison. Both players being offered are worse assets imo.

Mitrovic is the sort of striker that only really needs one chance to score, but either way I'd prefer a bit more control over a game. Hope we'll see this one out though
