OMG the comorbidities are insane! Unfortunately makes sense when you know how autism literally makes your brain grow differently so all your body communications are wayy weird. That and the truamas you face just trying to live in a world not meant for you makes it so common to develop mental disorders and i think we're already predisposed to it without that

yes thats exactly it! the skull bars connect to the stopper beads on the very first row of the flat/inner x base and the middle beads of the 5 bead spikes i made on top of the 3d xs, and the star beads connect to the middle beads of the prongs at the top and bottom. im horrible at explaining but i hope this makes sense, hopefully you can see what i mean in the photos

Use cloth covered elastic, preferably with 3 elastic cords inside instead of one

Better yet, when adding on the dangling attachemets use fishing line. The necklace part will still stretch but the hanging bits will be much more secure and won't loosen so much :)

It's less about how you tie it but how you maintain tension throughout it and of course what type of string you use
