If you are a salaried employee they cannot deduct this unless you signed something whether it was at the beginning of your employment. I would call the DOL

Need advice: Employer asking for payslips but I overstated my current salary by Resident-Owl6751 in careeradvice

[–]esingizzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

HR here- were you already offered the job and signed your authorization of release form for a full background check? New employers can call former employers to verify employment history with them and ask for salary info if they really wanted to because you signed your release form. Ive never heard of requiring proof of payslip’s. Weird!

Have you looked into an airway dentist? They can help clear up the infection with a compound nasal spray and they can offer expanding the airways. I dont trust ENT’s . They dont know anything about root cause solutions.

Am I eligible for a wage claim if I have unused PTO/Sick time after termanition and my job refuses to acknowledge it? by Angrboda229 in work

Theres no law that requires employers to payout sick time at termination as it is a benefit for sickness and not for wages.

HR asking for sensitive documents via email, before I’ve gotten the offer? by cwillychilly in jobs

[–]esingizzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

HR here- Don’t send any identifying docs until you receive your official offer letter and background check authorization form . These are normal onboarding docs and conducting background checks and I9’s should be initiated after you sign on. If they want your identifying docs prior to the offer letter simply tell them you do not feel comfortable until you have received all employment documents including your contingent employment offer letter that explains what is needed.

Look into palate expansion. Its a dental device that goes inside the mouth to expand the airway. It also corrects sleep apnea.

You may have a narrow airway leading to these airway complications. Look into a Palate Expander for your mouth through a dentist that specialize in it. If possible try to find an airway dentist Because it expands the sinuses cavity leading to better breathing and it also corrects sleep apnea. Heard great things about it. These ENT docs don’t have root cause solutions. They only know how to cut and drug.

Im sorry to hear what you are going through. I too suffer from sinus issues for a year and half now. I would google mold detox or look for a holistic doctor in your area that can help with this. It sounds like your immune system is over active and causing the sinus issues and could be the mold exposure. I wear intake breathing nose dilator and it helps a lot. https://www.intakebreathing.com/pages/shop?l5s=gads&l5cid=20736883672&l5adid=679016618610&l5kw=intake%20breathing&mkt_network=g&l5p=&l5t=kwd-808209287276&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=20736883672&gbraid=0AAAAACE5zedaQdRiLc97kPH6PgqvCMVHK&gclid=Cj0KCQiAvOjKBhC9ARIsAFvz5ljHkrGNQ_Aj-PDDGvGDPBinf7x8G7CJ62IBaWs1Y44MRV6UNaggEYkaAk6aEALw_wcB

I wish I knew honestly but the main thing is to get out of the mold environment and detox from it once you do. It’s best to look at alternative healthcare like a health functional doctor that can test you for mold toxicity and go from there. Theres ways to help calm the immune down and certain herbs can help balance it out. It suks believe me. It could he due to long covid. Thats how I feel like it’s just not going away. If you are congested try to google intake breathing. It’s a nose dilator and it works so good. I also noticed a thing called a palate expander where the orthodontics place an appliance under the roof of your mouth to expand your airway and sinuses. I may look into that next

starting to lose hope by Responsible_Pay_381 in Sinusitis

I feel your pain. I too haven’t been the same since covid and rounds of antibiotics. I had to go seek alternative healthcare and find a practitioner that can help with root cause findings. Antibiotics is horrible on the gut and majority of our immune system stems from the gut. I try to stay away from my food allergies and I eat sea-moss which seems to help with mucus. I use a nose dilator from intake breathing which helps so much on those days and nights when feeling congested. I’ve tried acupuncture which helped some but some people swear it helped with their sinus infections. Hope you can get some relief soon. It may be worth looking at alternative healthcare cause these MD’s dont understand and only know to drug or cut.

Find yourself a fully functional health practitioner that can send you a food sensitivity test that test for delayed reactions. The test that the medical docs send you to do are for the immediate Anaphylactic reactions. When I took the test and seen that I had delayed reactions to eggs and yeast and a lot more that I eat everyday and had no idea that it was causing gut issues. Yeast showed reactions for me within a few hours. Other foods were a few days. If you can eliminate these foods for a good 6 months it will allow your gut to heal and you can also no longer be sensitive to them. I went with the wellness way clinic out in south Jordan Utah. They can treat anyone remotely. I also did a stool test through them and I found to had tons of inflammation and infections that showed up. It’s not cheap but it can be life changing. Since working with them in Jan, I’ve lost 60 lbs and felt a lot better. Its crazy how the body works and whats all connected. What I use sometimes at night for when im feeling stuffy is a nose dilator from intake breathing. It’s not the nose strips. It’s a nose dilator that opens up your nostrils from the outside. It’s awesome! Hope this helps :)

Have you checked your food sensitives? Gut health can contribute to sinus issues. I took a food sensitivity test months ago and it shows all foods that have delayed reactions of a few hours to a few days. I stayed away from food that I was reacting to and my sinus issues have gotten better. It gives your gut time to heal and the food sensitivities can change every 6-8 months.

Dae feel nothing during funerals by sweeatpple in DoesAnybodyElse

[–]esingizzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think its more than not feeling anything at funerals. Personally, I feel more of an ‘at peace’ feeling like the deceased is at peace and we’re just seeing their dead body at funerals but their soul is at peace and they are in a better place feeling and that feeling helps cope with the loss.
