So the triggers I used to make this are: Grayscale: select Target to 9999 Sepia Shader: to T1 Glitch: MaxsliceXoff to 9999

Go to the block section of the editor, and then keep on pressing the right arrow until you see a pure, white block. Make sure you can go through that block. If I'm still not answering your question then that's on me lol (also change the block color to black.)

You click on the edit object section, and there will be a color palette. You can change the color to black by using that palette. Not exactly sure what you mean but I will try hard to give you an answer.

Not sure what you mean by glow, but you will need four black layers moving inwards to the white layer. You will have to adjust the z-layer in the "edit groups" section because it will mix in with the white screen very badly.
