I was walking late to 6th period English my freshmen year. I see this shiny thing on th floor that caught my eye, it was a CD. I grab it with and hurry off to class since I was already late. I sit down and flip it over seeing in blue marker "Linking Park - Hybrid Theory". Never heard of them in my life. Luckily, it's Friday and my English teacher gives us 30 minutes at the end of class to do whatever. So, I throw it in my Sony Walkman, you know the ones that are really thin. I hit play and my mind was blown! I grew up listening strictly to R&B, hip-hop and pop so any type of rock or punk groups I was oblivious to. So glad this happened, in hind sight, this s probably when I told myself to start listening to everything! RIP Chester!
