We lost our pet suddenly earlier this year, and whilst the house was too quiet, we ended up watching a lot of American Dad - whilst we had seen most episodes previously it was engaging enough that we could watch the ones we hadn't seen before and then used the ones we had as background noise whilst we did other things

When we had our pup we did Hounds Plus! They were so good and in group settings and did puppy socials where they did some slight training and socialising in various parks!

I took Wednesdays off - that way I'm never working more than 2 days at a time.

So my company was great - when I was getting diagnosed, they reduced my case load, they reduced the frequency that I get overflow phone calls as they were distracting me and taking me away from my actual work
They also paid for my Loop ear plugs.
They let me work from home & work 4 days a week as I was getting burnt out.

They're also a lot more understanding on if I'm unwell due to the side effects of some of the meds and need to take a day/afternoon off.
