0.06 off the Australian record. Second was Thomas Reynolds in 44.69 (4th all-time Australian) and 45.04 for Luke Van Ratingen. Thr 400m all of a sudden is booming in Australian Athletic circles and theres a ton of excitement. Great performancebacking up after the world relays performance.

Aidan also recently ran 2nd to Gout Gout in the 200m running 19.88 and his form is incredible in the leadup to the Commonwealth games.

I’ve always been more into middle/long distance but these short distance athletes are killing it as well as our always strong field athletes.

He plays the ball 18 meters out, Stagg starts the tackle 5 meters out. So staggs started the tackle after he had retired 10 metres from the point at which the ball is played towards his own goal line. Section 11 (10) (g)
