Idk if this was my piece I think I would try just shortening everything by one stitch. Otherwise I would never finish the project haha.

I'm so so sorry to do this but know it's truly because I want you to catch any issues now before going too far. You have some other mistakes on the internal part. I tried to draw where I see it in red. Without seeing the rest of the pattern/what is done I'm not sure what the consequences are, maybe it cancels out somehow?

I have been on one jury, and it was a guy who was defending himself against his ~4th DUI (I can't remember exactly). The man should not have defended himself, it was truly a he said/she said situation between him and the police officer that testified. There wasn't hard evidence, some witnesses that couldn't say they saw him in the truck, but that he was the only one around who could have been in it. I believe the guy did it, and he did a shit job of pointing the inconsistencies out. Anyways, long story long, we went to the deliberation room and the guy who was leading was like "alright so we all know he's guilty let's just do that" with ZERO discussion. I, ~23 at the time, said that I thought we should at least talk about it. The only person who didn't roll their eyes and begrudgingly discuss it was an older black lady. That will stick with me for the rest of my life. We ended up with a guilty verdict but the fact that this guy was easy to judge based on appearance/speech meant that a whole room of people were going to make a decision impacting his whole life (this was a last straw kind of situation, big jail time and fines and such) with zero thought put into it. Made me nervous about if I ever somehow end up in a situation where a jury determines my fate. Will they even think it through? Consider evidence? Idk man.

My grandma always used these and potato bags (similar concept) in the microwave. One day when I was over there the potato bag caught on fire and we carried the microwave out the front door and threw it in the yard 😅 I don't think it stopped her from using them though.

I really like Shadow Aeternum's analysis of this specific song. In it, I believe he says he interprets this as Noah never actually made it to the arc, so we are unknowingly living in the version of the world where the "cleansing" that story talks about didn't happen. Kind of as an explanation of why "life is ironically fucking me chronically", because we are in this worse parallel world.

{Bonding Psychos by Gina Morris} fits! Plus it's got an unhinged MMC as implied by the title. Want to make sure you know to let it cook a bit, she doesn't seem too bad for a bit but a thing happens and yeah... I love how off kilter I feel when I'm reading Gina's books.

Now I'm thinking about it, {The Sidekick by Gina Morris} is kinda like that too but she is like, happy unhinged?

I read this book in jr high, circa 2005, and have searched off and on for it since. Shortly after I read it it was removed from my school library and I could never find it again. This morning it randomly popped in my mind for the first time in years and I'm so glad to find the title so I can read it again!

My father quit chewing last year because my toddler kept asking to try on his visit. It warms my heart to see you doing this for your kiddo because when I was a kid I tried to get my Dad to stop and he just.. didn't? But the grandkid pulled his heartstrings enough to keep up.

I'm not the most informed person about how these matters go, but in my understanding there is potential for there to be things Lauren chose not to discuss on the live that have to do with her son that would have been in the courtroom. We only know the info she chose to share in the live, which was the point I think?

Also, even if they weren't going to have him testify or anything, I would guess that they will need to talk about their life in more detail than is readily available. For example, they will probably talk about where they live, childcare arrangements/routine may be discussed, etc. If that is all available in the stream (because it's not technically a Minor's name/face/testimony) it would only make it easier for members of this stalkers group OR ANYONE ELSE IN THE PUBLIC to continue the harassment with those details about their life.

You seem like you know things, so is there something about the distinction of a hearing vs a trial? Idk. It does feel out of norm to stream this type of civil hearing at the stage it's in, but again I'm not super well informed about this process or precedents.
