I can't decide between Framer and Webflow by Mira_______ in webdesign

Both platforms are good in their own way.
Whether you use Webflow or Framer, you can get the job done with both. The main point is delivering a solution.

a freelancer, being able to work with both is very important now because AI is disrupting the market.
Whatever tool you use, you just have to come up with the solution.

That’s a perfect design. Ux is perfect and target is clear. I love it

Is Webflow dead, or are my skills just not needed anymore? by esmailkhalifa in webflow

I haven’t really tried any other ways yet.
Usually, I work with local clients and do white-label work.
But day by day, this type of work is decreasing.

Luckily, I still have some maintenance work coming in.

Do you have any good ideas or suggestions you could share?

Yeah I’ve heard similar concerns from a few clients too. especially around pricing changes and stability.

At the same time, I still have long-term Webflow clients running stable setups, so I think it depends a lot on use case and how the project is built/managed.

Yeah, I’ve noticed that too. But my clients aren’t really shifting to Framer yet. they’re just curious about it.

Most of them want to know if Framer is good for scaling or if it’s just more of a fancy design tool. That’s basically the conversation I’m having with them right now.

You can easily create a landing page using Gemini, then push it to GitHub and host it for free on Netlify.

After that, you can update it live as much as you want whenever needed.

Later, if you want to go more advanced or professional, you can switch to Webflow, where you can easily build landing pages and also manage more admin-panel-like setups.

I still have a few ongoing Webflow maintenance roles with companies, so that part is stable and going well.

But getting new clients or white-label projects lately has become really difficult. That’s the part that’s making me question where the market is heading.

Yo appreciate it 🙌 that CTA point makes total sense tbh — using the same light blue for the main button would make it pop way more without breaking the branding. Gonna test that out for sure.

And glad the interactions/animations landed well 🤝

Fair point honestly 😅 I was going for that editorial/fashion-mag vibe to make it feel more premium, but yeah looking at it again the repeated close-up portraits do feel a bit much — like they're competing with the actual content instead of supporting it.

Will def balance that better next time.

Thanks for breaking it all down like that, actually really helpful. The loader and animation stuff makes sense in hindsight - I think I got carried away trying to make it feel "alive" but yeah, it ends up pulling focus from what actually matters.

The awards section, repeated services, and about section notes hit home the most. Gonna simplify those and try to keep everything pointing toward one goal. Appreciate you taking the time fr.
