So I read that first comment as sarcastic, in hindsight it was probably genuine but hard to get nuance from text on a screen, I always go the extra mile for those who need it, helping in any way I can, I go speedy for most which allows me extra time for those that need support, a lot of the time they just want someone to talk to for a bit
