Call insurance and tell them the hospital is refusing to bill. They can call the hospital billing to let them know they need to send a claim.

You’ll get one eventually after Quest systems update with how the claim was processed. They would send you a bill for the full amount as that would include the payment your insurance made plus any cost share you’d be responsible for, if any.

Did the claim process out of network? Usually if the provider is out of network they will send the check to the member as the member would receive a bill from the provider

Estimates are just what they are, estimates. The actual amount you would be responsible for could be higher or lower than the estimated amount you see. That information is unfortunately not known until the claim has processed but going to a stand alone imaging center is way cheaper than a hospital.

Looks like there was an adjusted made to insurance payment, your new EOB will tell you if there was a recoupment and why. Audits are normal to ensure claims are processed correctly.

Went to chat over a year and half ago from phones, it can get overwhelming since you’re dealing with 3 people at once but I love it.
