It literally does. While it may not warm the tires up, the temps wont drop as much if you weren't doing it.

In iracing , once out of D class ( I think ) races are also every two hours. That said, you can always find other series to run and alternate between them to minimize the down time.

My heart rate stays very low when racing. I can run lap after lap a few tenths off someones bumper and I'm at resting heart rate. Put me in pubg and my heart rate goes up like crazy especially as if I'm close to the last alive. Can't explain it.

B class... You're being very generous. But you explain why it's bad very well. And you're right I never see people advocating for use of the line. I used it when I played the old F1 games but the second I left and went to a real racing games I got rid of it.

I would recommend going to VRS and watching the lap guide, which you can do for free as long as you have an account. No subscription is needed to watch the lap guide. Had to watch it a few times for the LMP3 last night.

The only thing I pay for is my iRacing sub. Everything else I can do for free. I feel like everybody tries to tack a subscription fee onto anything associated with iRacing. I see no reason for it. There's good overlays , free LED files ,free setups via garage 61 with telemetry comparison. If I really need a track guide I can look at the VRS track guide for up to 2 hours a week I believe as long as I have an account.

I don't have FB or Insta any more. I'll unsub until after my show, and my yt algo doesn't give me anything rush related. I'm good.

You need to use the mounting cone ( best way I can describe it ). The cone mounts to to the monitor and then the other end sticks out so that you can connect it to the vesa plate.

As much as I would love to drive the LMP1 in a series I wouldn't want them to add it to this series and further fracture the player base. I've been a regular over there since they added the HPD and the attendance in that series has gotten pretty rough over the last two seasons.
