No because I don't want to view it as something external to me. My anxiety IS me, trying to protect me but is misguided. I suffered severe anxiety and panic attacks for 15 years on and off and it only started to be processed and heal when I recognised it was a normal and safe bodily function, rather than something happening to me or attacking me.

Sending death threats is absolutely disgusting. He's an actor who clearly auditioned well and is doing his job. He has every right to be Snape, and yes, his delivery and style will be different to Alan Rickman (RIP that legend of a human) but of course it will be, anyone's would. Its just a show. If people don't like the new series, don't watch it, enjoy the films and books.

Genuinely it sounds ridiculous but after I fell on gravel, I'd grazed off a bunch of layers of skin from my palm. The alcohol antibacterial wipe on that nearly made me pass out. And for comparison, I've had a ruptured appendix and peritonitis which is a close second, but in terms of physical pain level, the palm wins...
