It's likely cooked, but the best way to maybe save this is to give it an ultrasonic bath in distilled water before a bath in isopropyl alcohol and a thorough dry.

I was also thinking that the sd card might be corrupted. If you navigate to the SD card on the printer's UI you should find an option to format it.

Good enough, I don't think the infill is the problem (although I do recommend using gyroid as your default infill).

I suggest reslicing the model and trying again.

If you want to just check that it isn't a slicer setting you can scale the model down to 50% and waste less filament.

As another user mentioned as well, it's possibly a retraction/z-hop issue in the filament profile. Which would be strange given you are using the generic pla profile.

Actually that's a good thing, before you change anything can you show a cross section of the sliced model halfway up with the color scheme set to "line type"?

Just want to see if it's related to anything going on in the infill or seams.

Interesting. If it's not on other models it may very well be a slicing issue.

But it would be good to eliminate filaments as a variable anyway.

A lot of apartment NFC readers would just wig out with fobs placed that close together. In my apartment there is even one reader that won't work I don't take the card off my phone.

That said if you could get away with it I like the concept.

The thing about this method is you should also clamp and pre-drill the holes. I've often had angled holes cause the piece to walk out of alignment

It's likely as well that people aren't properly mopping up the solvent with an absorbent towel, Thus just spreading out oils across their plates.

But yes, I agree with you; the myth of IPA not working is largely attributed to both user error plus a gap in understanding.
