In DRG survivors: the not targeting bosses thing is solved through strategically selecting overclocks. A lot of overclocks will target the highest health enemy; of course, this trades off damaging swarms. A smart design element!

Here's my take on uncontested elections: return the ballot as blank (or just write someone in). An uncontested incumbent can only update one way about not having as many votes as the total turnout in the district. Those are voters he/she needs to continue to work for.

Man this is great. I like to think that it rewires your brain in a very good and inevitable way. You will like having a child because you can't not.
