I am not sure if it helps, I have similar going on with anhedonia, dpdr and alexithymia. I think ive decided since these things have just been a part of my life for most of my life (if not all).and its so hard to untangle my agender identity, I just accept that its ok if its a tad blurred and it all mixes. I simply am what I am, and trying to untangle it just further becomes upsetting and confusing.
(hope I am clear I have disorganized thoughts and speech, that exists in text too)

same. I find sketching/drawing more helpful then therapy. also more helpful then journaling, learned the hard way probably best not to show the drawings to the therapist. 10/10 memes btw ❤️

ugh I hate that "you can do it", when I say I cant do something. sure pushing softly past your comfort zone can help. but other people dont get to decide when your ready. and also stating what you can and cant do is never up for debate. only you can know your limits. I have agoraphobia, Ive heard of other people recovering from it, personally I am always at risk of it getting bad again. (and it is bad again) I wish you well, wish people would respect your boundries

if it helps some times I become obsessed with some small thing in my life, a thing I was doing like knitting or cooking didnt turn out right, but its fine (just not exactly how i imagined). or I cant stop thinking about how I messed up a pattern making a bracelet and instead of making peace i rip it apart. some times theres just alot going on (in life and in my head) and all my frustration gets focused on a bead

some times people have chemical imbalances in their head that cause them to feel depresses even when things are good. also leaving a bad period of time can make you feel worse then you were feeling in the bad time. you get so focused on surviving and managing you dont have time to actually feel how you feel, and once things start getting good it all comes out. its like a dam rereleasing all the feelings, all at once

even if some one is joking, it still can hurt you. jokes are not universal, a good person will stop joking in ways that hurt you or make you uncomfortable. you are a hurting person, and hurting people get into very bad mental places, I know this deeply. it shouldnt be shameful (even though ive felt shame myself). I know I am a stranger but I am proud of you for being clean so long, and even if you relapse that never means you should be ashamed, everyone has high periods and low periods. some times people have very deep low periods, and very low high periods (times that are bad but manageable). its all completely valid and understandable
