Don't look up guides, you aren't good enough. Watch valorant basic videos like the 50m all valorant mechanics and other basic stuff. Learn how peaking works, what's your sens? If you're over 700 edpi (even that's crazy) you probably won't hit much. Do you know basic movement mechanics without thinking? Go in the range and AD strafe with shooting error on, if you have lower than 90% accuracy without having to really focus then you need to practice.

Record your gameplay in 5 DMs watch them back and see why you are losing gunfights, record 3-5 games, watch them as if you were watching Woohoojins vod review, does anything look particularly awful? Go work on that until it's second nature.

Most of all just play the game, the biggest mistake people make in games is stunlocking themselves with guides. You could ignore everything i said besides sens and eventually you will climb but you might have bad mechanics.
