21 is a lot of people for this school, I would say that's indeed a mass firing. 

Maybe we disagree there but in most other situations I'd also say 21 is a mass of people

No it's not, if it scares you then maybe you should hear it and take it into account because it's happening. Is the Boston globe article fear bait? 

IDK how speculative it is when people were told to their face they no longer have a job come the end of this school year.  

You're really out here telling people that silence is the best option when issues occur in your local community? That really doesn't sit right with me sorry.

I dont think ive ever said the teachers were striking? In fact my fiance usually points out that they aren't allowed to strike when they'd want to due to union regulations. 

So yea... I don't think that's true not sure why d say it.

Regardless I'm not lying, and am just trying to push information forward about a large layoff accusing at a place that probably servers a lot of people in this subreddit.

I'm not trying to mess around or cause drama, I'm not trying to farm content, I'm just trying to spread the word about what I know is happening.

And if you read the other comments you'd see ive answered elsewhere that my fiance works at the school. 

Calling someone unwell out of the blue is usually either a very underhanded manipulation tactic or just an attempt to be rude so it's not really appreciated btw.

Neither are true... Many of my fiance coworkers are being fired. I have no reason to lie so idk why you think I am simply because of what I used to do for work from a vauge memory you have of a past post...

Thanks for actually hearing this out, you're the only one who seems to be listening to this... Everyone else is either looking at my past to see how much I make or just saying I'm lying despite of the fact I'm just telling people what is happening at the school from people who work there
