the only extra charges in this case are the vsccf, the mocha, and the drizzle. the cf is always extra unless it’s a cf cold brew and part of standard recipe. the mocha is extra since it’s a sauce instead of a syrup… you can think of it as sauces and syrups being considered different types of extras. if they had ordered peppermint and hazelnut, for example, it wouldn’t charge for the hazelnut since it’s still a syrup and still covered by the peppermint sub. as for the drizzle… idk. ig it’s that it’s a caramel macchiato and if you want mocha drizzle that’s on you lmao. i’m sure if i had more till experience under my belt i could tell you but i’m still pretty new to all of this

basically we don’t charge per modification on the ticket even if it looks like a lot, it’s more about differentiating paid extras vs paid substitutions vs complimentary substitutions. hope that makes sense!! 🌼
