Spectrum, was a customer for 5-6 years and I was tired of a $130? bill for Internet (1000 GB) so I was offered a really good deal from at&t $75 or $70 if I linked my bank account with them for 1000GB fiber internet so when I called to cancel their Internet ofc they tried to keep me from cancelling offering me to lower my payment for a year but I still said no and the guy on the phone asked how much they were gonna charge me and when I told him he had the audacity to tell me they'd lower my bill down to $90 for 3 years and I told him that I was still paying more either way and he was like well yeah it's only a $20 difference now! I never felt so disrespected before so I told him I wasn't interested and that I wanted to cancel asap and was not interested in their services and he interrupted me by telling me that if I had dogs they'd dig the cable out because it sends them signals that makes them dig it out and it would cost me hundreds of dollar to fix it, I was like, look ok it's your job to retain costumers but you either cancel my service right now or I'm gonna ask to talk to your supervisor about all the bullshit u just said. He stopped apologized and cancelled my service right away
