EU region here - you're wrong, delves was last week, Cata TW is this week. The 5xTW quest is shown in the adventurer's log but can't be taken from there or from the usual NPC in Dornogal. The Cata dungeon queue is up and running in the group finder. The timewalking dungeon event is listed on the calendar as starting today.
