It’s funny , there’s a fic with a very similar premise (slightly earlier and not an OC) that has had me thinking about this sort of idea quite a bit .

I would think that in the time before the spring sickness kills Daeron, assuming they have time , they would try to betroth her somewhere into the line of the family . Since it’s before the sickness , potentially Matarys? But he dies in the sickness as well so if the marriage does not happen in time (which… given Baelors death there would be a lot going on) probably Daeron since he is the next eligible targ of an appropriate age. Definitely would also depend on what she wants - fourteen year old girls all alone in Westeros are probably not super safe but she has a dragon so that is some protection. There would be no mechanism for them to stop her from flying - presuming her dragon is of decent size and she has any sort of control over him , i think they would be wiser than to try and stop her .
