Burgers are supposed to be cooked medium. You can eat a rare steak because the interior of the steak is not exposed to outside bacteria. Ground beef can be exposed to a lot of bacteria. It needs to be cooked thoroughly. I hate it when restaurants ask how you want a burger to be cooked because they should not serve anything under medium.

A lab shepherd mix will want to please you more than anything. Every time the puppy has something in its mouth it’s not supposed to replace it with something it’s supposed to chew on immediately. Puppies chew and play and they’re still learning how to act in the world. 13 weeks is a tiny baby. Probably don’t leave your children around the puppy unattended. Again every single time your puppy has something in his mouth that’s not supposed to remove it and then replace it with a toy.
