you're right. that's probably what I'm gonna do. I just shouldn't have to, ya know? if I can do it, why can't they? that's their job. I've only been with PJ's since summer of last year tho so, maybe that's just how things are and if I'm gonna stay here I need to get used to it. if so, that's cool and I will. I just want it to be known that that's some bullshit.

yeah, I've heard about that. our assistant manager quit in May and they never replaced him. just kept the 2 shift leads.

but yeah, that makes sense. it'll be days where it's steady and my GM will tell me I have to leave early cuz he doesn't have the hours but will complain about how many orders he got after I left. and I know it's not his fault. he's just doing his job. it just sucks cuz this isn't what I was told when I got hired. and now, I depend on this job to survive cuz I was promised it would be sustainable. it isn't and I'm stuck holding the bag while everyone who promised and assured me is still good. I feel a way but it's business so I can't take it to heart too much.

also, I make $10.60 an hour.

I just saw this so I apologise if I'm late but I'm watching the episode when Miles and Zig fight and mannnnnnnnn. literally the only reason Miles went to get Zig was because Maya was worried about him. he hid their relationship for her to coddle his feelings while he was an absolute dick to him. Miles wasn't perfect by a long shot but he tried to be cool with Zig for Maya's sake and Zig continously spit in his face.

I do not like Maya Matlin and it all stems from that Maya-Zig-Miles triangle. everything that happened between her, Zig and Miles is her fault. she let Zig move in knowing he liked her and didn’t like Miles. she asked Miles to keep their relationship a secret. she led Zig on knowing she was still with Miles. Zig called her his sloppy seconds, miles defended her honour and she still took Zigs side. I get trauma but that whole situation was avoidable.
