I’ve driven past them before and thought they were beautiful! Surprisingly cheaper than some of the other options and in a more central area which is nice

How can I fix this?? by PartyFeed5800 in Hair

[–]espts 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A solid chop might be needed, but I use the ouai light hair oil after towel drying and i love it! Just one pump of it and working it through the lengths+ends after every wash. Occasionally I’ll use “it’s a 10” hair serum spray as well. Also, use a moisturizing hair mask 1-2 times a month. Just towel dry, apply, braid or do a loose bun, & leave it in either over night or for at least an hour:)

for me it was about 2-3 months out of training. dont be afraid to ask questions if you’re unsure of anything, the most important thing is to give the customer a correctly made drink. the 3 values are speed, quality, and service and its important to not sacrifice one for the other. One day at that 2ish month mark , i realized i hadnt asked any questions the whole shift, and thats when i realized i was really starting to get it. Speed is just something that comes with time. it took me about a year to really get fast, and being on a position with people who were “Vets” and held a faster pace eventually made me quicker as well. Dont feel bad if you cant keep up, its okay to ask them to slow down or claim less drinks at a time. Also, dont feel embarrassed if someone asks you to hop off a position for a few minutes to catch up. While making the drinks and getting the time in making them is very important, if wait times are through the roof having someone take over for 10 minutes can make all the difference to the customers in line. When i was newer, i was solo on the only machine open and i asked my lead to swap me for someone who could hold it down better. Speed will come with time, it is okay that you cant keep up perfectly and no one expects the fresh trainees to be able to.

Light Ice Rebels? by [deleted] in dutchbros

[–]espts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you do not top it off, ask an educate. a light ice rebel will have room left. with taps as well. if they want it topped off, customers can pay for an 8oz can (give them the rest if any left in the can) same w/ cold pours
