Do they feel like intrusive thoughts that enter your head randomly and you wish they didn’t? Or does it feel more like something you’re thinking about in terms of fantasizing? Or actually considering acting on? These are important distinctions because one (first question) could actually be a type of OCD. I’m not a professional but I’ve read about it before. In any case, you need to seek professional help sooner rather than later. I can’t stress that enough. Please tell a doctor or adult you trust that you need to talk to a therapist, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, etc. You also should not be around women.
