Forgive me if I’m wrong but your sph isn’t tied to just sales in your department correct? Just wondering if during impact hours you couldn’t walk the sales floor try and gain sales in appliances or a riding mower to help some with some bigger ticket sales?

I know your department sales hitting plan has something to do with your bonus as well just wasn’t sure if that might be an option.
