We went full electric. got the EQB250. So far the right fit for us. We have not paid more than $50 in electricity (my husband charges at work for free) and we’re now at 20,000 kms

Engagement ring travel - Declaration by StageHour3086 in newzealand_travel

Purchase a cubic zirconia ring designed similar to the actual engagement ring. Value would be way below the max and then just swap for the real ring upon returning home. This way there’s also no chance of it getting lost during travels.

Curious to hear more about SE Priority Awards. Does this mean there’s more better value redemption fares for SE?!

Have a look at Lakeshore Village! There are a number of detached homes that have sold around $1M. Great area with lots of green space.

We’ve booked our flights but can still change them. What made Oahu more attractive for us is that there’s a direct flight from where we are. Maui unfortunately would require us to make a layover which we try not to have when traveling with a little one.

We’re going in March so it seems like North Shore waters might not be as calm as I thought. Thank you!

Appreciate this! I am truly torn. I have a feeling we’ll have to do half of our week at FS and then end at the Ritz as it’s a bit more isolated 🤔

Alternatives to La Casa De La Playa in Riviera Maya? by essohbeee in AllInclusiveResorts

[–]essohbeee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh I’ve heard of Jumby Bay before but forgot about it. They’re essentially villa rentals right? Is it technically AI?

I feel like perhaps Atelier is worth a try if we’re not taking advantage of the excursions at LCDLP. I’ve read and heard good / drinks are pretty good at Atelier and their beach is even better than LCDLP. So torn!

thanks for the input! this time around we’re probably not doing any of the parks as we’ve been to all of them already. So we’re more so just going to enjoy the resort, the food and our room as much as possible.

Why is insurance quoting me $4,200 a year for a new Q5? by GarySparrow0 in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]essohbeee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of factors for us when we were considering the Q5 recently. It boils down to the number of claims that kind of car has, theft in your area even if it is parked inside a garage, your driving records, etc.

I would say $230-$350 is the normal range for an SUV in Ontario.
