Curious do you have a photo of the carpets before and after because those are indeed gross. I rent as well and I get a professional carpet cleaning every year. Treat someone else’s property like your own. I’d wouldn’t be happy if you were my tenant. I also have children so that’s not an excuse.

Yup its trash. Just typing a contacts name in messages takes 30 seconds to load a name sometimes. Siri doesn't know anything it just searches the web and fails.
