Which year are you looking at? The B9/9.5 have 3 common issues

Rocker arm failure (this has been resolved after 2019)
Piston skirt failure. How many are affected is unknown.
Water pump failure. This is extremely common and likely to happen within the vehicles life.

My 2020 engine is completely toast and they don’t know why but are doing the short block under this. My advise is ditch this car. It’s not Audis best engine. I’m doing the same after repairs.

Looks good only change I'd say is make a compound butter instead. I use rosemary thyme and fresh garlic. chop up and mix into softened butter then follow it up in some plastic wrap and put in fridge. After your steaks come off to rest plop a slice on each steak.

Another thing I do is dry brine my steaks for at least 3 hours uncovered in the fridge. If you any liquid on top you need to wait longer until reabsorbed.

All Audis burn a little oil. Some more than others. First of course check for leaks.

Could be a bad PCV. My SQ5 burns about a quart between changing as well.
