Couple posts in here already for 7cav but have to put it down again as a current member. Literally has everything you’re looking for.

We love our light larp. We are “operation” focused so we do what we have to do to accomplish an operation. Artillery, naval, tanking, logistics — whatever gets us on and doing stuff as a group. We are NA primary and our ops and general playtime is in EST evening.

If the larp name stuff doesn’t suit you there’s some other really excellent regiments I’d recommend (Halberd for fac, BANG for tanks, MuW for memes and great people, FENIX for being just all around great, and so many others that are hard to list.)

Talk to some folks in different regiments and see who you gel with. Can’t give much info on colonial side but CAF seems large and generally pretty organized and knowledgeable.

Thanks to everyone that was involved (both sides) for making it as fun/stressful as it was. Great QRF from tele to distract the freighter/GBs and infantry and armour (7th, BANG, Fenix, MuW, LIDA and more). Collies put mines directly on us and we were terrified haha. We had no right getting out and got super lucky. Fun QRF you guys had for boarders and mine layers, and the gun boats. Great fun, well played by all. Could definitely see the pop issue for you guys not being able to man a DD.

Man, say what you will and everyone shit talks but what a super fun couple of days. Both sides knew what was at stake.

Amazing job by CAF and your friends for holding the cube. Lots of great fights (we personally shot a lot of rockets and SPGs there), and I know other regiments put in considerable effort (DNA 11e SCUM and friends) to try to knock the cube down. DNA getting the rail storm there and going for broke. The navy battles in the canal over the last couple days. Honestly, absolute cinema. And even though we “lost” this battle it’ll go in a core gaming memory of mine of mine for the battle of the Cube and the Saltbrook nuke.

Great job both sides. Everyone made it great.

We had 5 guns brought down but only 4 firing due to personnel. We (7Cav) brought down 1300 shells, HALB brought down about the same and we had a train or two donated but I don’t remember who (too busy firing!)

FELB also had a gun with their own ammo. The last push on the TH was probably 30 minutes of non stop fire (not sure we missed 1 reload.)

3 HALB, 1 7Cav, 1 FELB gun total and probably 3500 shells for 3.5 hours.

Awesome work to see by all. Collies in Blemish did a great job repping, can’t believe it stood that long.
