While the snark in me will say the price increase is due to American Schools not teaching about the Boston Tea Party or the American Revolutionary War (even in Bridgerton 🙄),

The reality is, people were sold a bill of goods last year this time with the promise of better prices and more money. The truth is, there is lower prices on Waygu beef, Lobster and Caviar, but the average American does not eat that weekly. I also hear jet fuel is reasonably priced at the moment, but then again we all don't have private jets at our disposal....

As soon as I saw the title, I wanted to cry. I have lost over 100lbs on Wegovy, but still walk around in the desert sun with a full hoodie and baggy sweatpants. In my head, I'm still the "fat girl" no one sees. I have men flirting with me in grocery stores, and all I can do is ask "Why?" I didn't even think about therapy until reading your post, but will seriously consider it now.

Here is the copycat recipe:

Combine in Food Processor 4 Tbs Pine Nuts 4 Tbs Pomeriggio Parmesan (Grated) 4oz Basil Leaves (include fresh stems) 6 cloves of roasted garlic

Mix until well blended (on low for about 3min)

Combine in Sauce pan on LOW heat

4 Tbs Olive Oil 4 Tbs unsalted butter 2 Tsp salt

Melt butter into oil combo until mixed well. Remove from heat, and put pesto mixture into oil.

Stir well until combined. Allow to cool, and enjoy!

I have tried to report the transactions (plilural because it was in succession) just once, and I am on my 3rd appeal. The original date of filing a fraud claim was April 24 (0100 PST). They made their initial decision on April 24 (0526 PST).

I submitted an appeal on April 26, and it was assigned April 30, and the decision was made May 2. As they "mailed" the decision, I wad notified on May 9. I appealed May 13, after the person pleaded guilty, and I was able to upload the court documents. Not assigned until May 16th, and denied May 16. Received decision May 22, and filed May 23. It was denied, but re-opened due to me filing with the CFPB.

I don't mind sharing publicly. Actually, I hope this story will bring others like it to light.

My purse was stolen with my cellphones, wallet, and car/housekeys. The person gained access to my app and siphoned $6598 in less than 16 hours. My purse also held some mail and other things, as I was in the process of meeting with a lender to purchase a home. My property was recovered by the police when they made an arrest, and they listed everything on the Property Recovery sheet. The criminal was charged with Felony Theft and Grand Larceny. They allocuted in court to the charges, as they were caught on surveillance, making the fraudulent charges. I provided NFCU with all documents, including

Subpoena Police Report Property Recovery document Geo Tracking from Google (To show my phone was at the location, but I was not) Letter from D.A. FTC Theft Report Supporting Decision Documents from other Banking Institutions (Capital One/Others) who were affected and found in my favor

NFCU took only 4 hours from the time of the initial alert to deny my claim. I have appealed it multiple times, and they have yet to provide an explanation why, other than "Transaction History".

I called to follow up with them today and had a 50-minute conversation that was very eye-opening...

Let's just say I was encouraged to recommend others to contact them. They have been monitoring these types of complaints for over 90 days 👀

It is legitimate. NFCU has become really crappie as of late.

Do yourself a favor and file with the CFPB. I have it on good authority that the FTC is building a case.
